Headlining the experience is Hilo High alumnus and award-winning celebrity chef Sheldon Simeon, of MiGRANT Maui. After finding success in Bravo’s “Top Chef,” the Vikings class of 2000 graduate returned to Hawaii and opened his own restaurant, offering a diverse menu filled with expertly blended local flavors, inspired by old family recipes.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Hilo High School students via the Hilo High School Foundation.
The Hilo High School Foundation was formed in 1990, with the purpose of creating and maintaining an endowment fund that would fund educational programs and activities at Hilo High School that would not or could not be funded from State of Hawaii funds.
